By accessing and using Integriverse's platform, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all users of the service, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

Integriverse provides an AI-powered ERP development platform designed for NetSuite customization and enterprise integration development. Our service includes:

• NetSuite-specific AI code generation (SuiteScripts, workflows, custom fields, forms, reports, PDF templates, RESTlets)
• SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF) CLI command execution in secure sandbox environments
• Multiple AI models (Claude 4.5 Sonnet, GPT-4o Latest, Gemini 2.5 Pro, Grok 4) trained for NetSuite development
• Enterprise integration management for Celigo iPaaS, AS2/EDI, HTTP/REST APIs, and M2M certificate handling
• NetSuite-focused tools including SuiteQL query generation, saved search creation, and living documentation
• Conversational interface for transforming business requirements into production-ready NetSuite customizations
• Community marketplace for pre-built NetSuite solutions and addons

Users are solely responsible for compliance with NetSuite licensing terms, development guidelines, and all applicable NetSuite policies. Use of this service does not grant any NetSuite licensing rights.

Our service is provided "AS IS" for development assistance only. All generated code, configurations, and recommendations must be thoroughly tested and validated by qualified NetSuite developers before deployment to any production environment.

CRITICAL DISCLAIMERS: By using Integriverse for NetSuite development, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• No NetSuite Affiliation: Integriverse is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to NetSuite Inc., Oracle Corporation, or any of their subsidiaries
• NetSuite Environment Risks: You assume ALL RISKS associated with SDF command execution, code deployment, and any modifications to your NetSuite environment
• Production Environment Responsibility: We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damage, data loss, system failures, or business disruptions in your NetSuite production environment
• NetSuite Licensing Compliance: You are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for compliance with all NetSuite licensing terms, usage policies, and development guidelines
• Credential Security: You are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for the security of your NetSuite credentials, API keys, and access tokens
• SDF Command Execution: All SuiteCloud Development Framework commands are executed AT YOUR OWN RISK - we disclaim all liability for consequences
• Code Quality: ALL AI-generated code MUST be thoroughly reviewed, tested, and validated by qualified NetSuite developers before deployment
• NetSuite Version Compatibility: We make NO GUARANTEES about compatibility with different NetSuite versions or account configurations
• Third-Party Integration Risks: Integration with Celigo, AS2/EDI providers, or other third-party services is AT YOUR OWN RISK
• Business Process Impact: We are NOT LIABLE for any disruption to your business processes, workflows, or operations

As a user of Integriverse, you MUST agree to and are LEGALLY BOUND by the following responsibilities:

• Account Security: Maintain absolute security of your account credentials, NetSuite credentials, API keys, and all access tokens
• Code Review Obligation: THOROUGHLY review, test, and validate ALL AI-generated code before deployment to any NetSuite environment
• NetSuite Environment Protection: You are SOLELY RESPONSIBLE for protecting your NetSuite environment from any damage or disruption
• Compliance Responsibility: Ensure compliance with ALL NetSuite licensing terms, development policies, and usage guidelines
• Qualified Developer Requirement: Only qualified NetSuite developers should deploy AI-generated customizations to production environments
• Testing Mandate: Conduct comprehensive testing in sandbox environments before any production deployment
• Enterprise Data Security: Protect all sensitive business data, financial information, and confidential data when using our service
• Lawful Use Only: Use the service exclusively for lawful business purposes and legitimate NetSuite development
• No Malicious Use: Never use the service to generate malicious code, harmful content, or anything that violates applicable laws
• IP Rights Respect: Respect all intellectual property rights of NetSuite Inc., Oracle Corporation, and third parties
• Credit Monitoring: Monitor your Lysi Credits balance and usage to avoid service interruptions
• No Abuse: Do not attempt to breach security measures, reverse engineer our AI models, or abuse our service limits
• Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete registration and billing information

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RESPONSIBILITIES MAY RESULT IN IMMEDIATE ACCOUNT TERMINATION, FORFEITURE OF ALL LYSI CREDITS, AND POTENTIAL LEGAL ACTION.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to reverse engineer our AI models or algorithms
• Using automated systems to abuse our API or service limits
• Sharing account credentials with unauthorized users
• Using the service to compete directly with Integriverse
• Uploading malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

CRITICAL WARNING: All AI-generated content is provided "AS IS" with NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES of any kind.

By using our AI-powered NetSuite development tools, you acknowledge and agree that:

• No Code Quality Guarantee: We make NO REPRESENTATIONS about the quality, accuracy, functionality, or suitability of AI-generated code
• Testing Required: ALL AI-generated code MUST be thoroughly tested by qualified developers before deployment
• No Production Warranty: We provide NO WARRANTY that AI-generated code will function correctly in production environments
• Errors and Bugs: AI-generated code may contain errors, bugs, security vulnerabilities, or logical flaws
• NetSuite Compatibility: We make NO GUARANTEES about compatibility with your specific NetSuite configuration, version, or customizations
• Business Logic Accuracy: AI models may misinterpret requirements or generate code that doesn't match your business logic
• Security Vulnerabilities: AI-generated code may contain security vulnerabilities that could compromise your NetSuite environment
• Performance Issues: Generated code may have performance problems, inefficient algorithms, or resource consumption issues
• Compliance Violations: AI-generated code may not comply with NetSuite development best practices or your company's coding standards
• Data Loss Risk: Improper deployment of AI-generated code may result in data loss, corruption, or business disruption
• No Support Obligation: We have NO OBLIGATION to fix, debug, or support AI-generated code after delivery
• Liability Disclaimer: We are NOT LIABLE for any consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated code

YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS associated with using AI-generated code. We strongly recommend code review by senior NetSuite developers and comprehensive testing before any deployment.

Lysi Credits are the exclusive payment method for using Integriverse services. Here's how the system works:

• Direct Purchase: Buy $100 Lysi Credits for exactly $100 - no additional fees or charges
• AI Power Conversion: $100 Lysi Credits converts to $70 in AI spending power (70 credits per $100)
• Credit Consumption: Lysi Credits are consumed when using AI models (Claude 4.5 Sonnet, GPT-4o, Gemini 2.5 Pro, Grok 4), executing SDF commands, generating documentation, or using specialized NetSuite tools
• Variable Consumption Rates: Different AI models and operations consume credits at different rates - premium models cost more credits per usage
• Real-Time Deduction: Credits are deducted in real-time as you use services - monitor your balance to avoid interruptions
• No Partial Credits: Operations that require more credits than your balance will fail completely - no partial processing
• Rate Changes: We reserve the right to change credit consumption rates at any time without prior notice
• Balance Monitoring: You are responsible for monitoring your credit balance - we provide notifications for low balances
• Service Interruption: When credits are exhausted, all services will immediately stop functioning until credits are added
• Limited Credit Recovery: Credits consumed for failed operations may be recoverable in limited circumstances at our discretion
• Account Termination: Upon account termination, remaining Lysi Credits may be subject to partial refund consideration

Lysi Credits have limited monetary value and refunds may be available in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion.

Our billing system operates exclusively on a prepaid Lysi Credits model with the following NON-NEGOTIABLE terms:

• $50 minimum purchase required for Lysi Credits - no exceptions, maximum $10,000 per transaction
• Direct Credit Purchase: When you purchase $100 in Lysi Credits, you pay exactly $100 - NO additional fees
• Credit Display: $1 Lysi Credit = 20 tokens for display purposes (e.g., $100 purchase = 2,000 tokens shown)
• AI Power Conversion: $1 Lysi Credit provides $0.70 in actual AI spending power (70 credits per $100 covers infrastructure and operational costs)
• No Hidden Fees: Transparent pricing with no service fees, processing fees, or additional charges
• Example Transaction: Pay $100 → Get $100 Lysi Credits → Receive $70 AI spending power
• Refund Policy: Partial refunds may be available in limited circumstances at our sole discretion
• Non-Transferable: Lysi Credits cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged between accounts
• No Expiration: Lysi Credits do not expire but are immediately forfeited upon account termination
• No Cash Value: Lysi Credits have zero monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash
• Rate Changes: We reserve the right to change credit conversion rates and AI power ratios at any time without notice
• Usage Tracking: Real-time usage monitoring provided - you are solely responsible for monitoring your balance

IMPORTANT: By purchasing Lysi Credits, you acknowledge that: (1) You understand the 70 credits per $100 conversion (70% of credit value becomes AI spending power); (2) Refunds are generally not provided except in limited circumstances at our sole discretion; (3) You are solely responsible for managing your credit usage and monitoring your balance; (4) Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all remaining credits; (5) The conversion from credits to AI power (70 credits per $100) is fixed and non-negotiable; (6) We reserve the right to modify our refund policy at any time without notice.

Enterprise Security & Data Protection:

• AES-256-GCM Encryption: All sensitive data including NetSuite credentials, API keys, and business data is encrypted with military-grade encryption
• Zero AI Training: Your NetSuite data, business information, and generated code is NEVER used for AI model training or improvement
• Row-Level Security: Database-level security ensures strict data isolation between user accounts in our multi-tenant architecture
• Transit & Rest Encryption: All data is encrypted both in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256)
• NetSuite Credential Protection: Your NetSuite login credentials, API tokens, and certificates are stored with maximum security protocols
• Enterprise Compliance: Our infrastructure meets enterprise security standards for handling sensitive business data
• Data Ownership: You retain full ownership of your NetSuite customizations, business data, and generated code
• Multi-Region Security: Data is processed in secure, compliant data centers with enterprise-grade physical and digital security
• Access Controls: Strict access controls ensure only authorized personnel can access infrastructure components
• Audit Trails: Comprehensive logging and audit trails for all data access and system operations

Security Disclaimer: While we implement enterprise-grade security measures, no system is 100% secure. You acknowledge that data transmission and storage involves inherent risks, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention: Upon account termination, your data will be securely deleted within 90 days unless legally required to retain it longer.

MAXIMUM LEGAL PROTECTION - READ CAREFULLY: Integriverse provides ALL services "AS IS" with ABSOLUTELY NO WARRANTIES, GUARANTEES, OR REPRESENTATIONS of any kind, express or implied.

WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY and you agree that Integriverse, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall NOT be liable for ANY damages whatsoever, including but not limited to:

• NetSuite Environment Damage: Any damage, corruption, or issues in your NetSuite production or sandbox environments
• Business Disruption: Any interruption to your business operations, workflows, or processes
• Data Loss: Any loss, corruption, or unauthorized access to your data, customer data, or business information
• Financial Losses: Loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, contracts, or anticipated savings
• AI-Generated Code Issues: Errors, bugs, security vulnerabilities, or performance problems in AI-generated code
• SDF Command Consequences: Any consequences from SuiteCloud Development Framework command execution
• Third-Party Integration Failures: Issues with Celigo, AS2/EDI, or other third-party service integrations
• Service Interruptions: Downtime, outages, or unavailability of our services
• Security Breaches: Any unauthorized access to your accounts or data
• Compliance Violations: Any violations of NetSuite policies, regulations, or laws
• Consequential Damages: ANY indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Legal Costs: Attorney fees, legal expenses, or regulatory fines
• Reputation Damage: Harm to your business reputation or relationships

ABSOLUTE LIABILITY CAP: Under NO CIRCUMSTANCES shall our total liability to you exceed the lesser of: (1) $100 USD, or (2) the amount of Lysi Credits you purchased in the 30 days immediately preceding the claim.

You acknowledge that you are using our service AT YOUR OWN RISK and that these liability limitations are fundamental to our business model and the prices we charge. If you do not agree to these limitations, DO NOT USE OUR SERVICE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, the above limitations apply even in such jurisdictions.

Use of third-party addons, integrations, and marketplace solutions is AT YOUR OWN RISK:

• No Third-Party Warranty: We provide NO WARRANTIES for any third-party addons, integrations, or marketplace solutions
• Celigo Integration Risks: Integration with Celigo iPaaS is provided "as is" - we are not responsible for Celigo service issues, data loss, or integration failures
• Community Content: Marketplace addons may be created by third-party developers - we do not validate, test, or guarantee their functionality
• AS2/EDI Integration: Electronic Data Interchange integrations are complex and may fail - we are not liable for EDI transmission errors or business impact
• HTTP/REST API Risks: Third-party API integrations may fail, change, or be discontinued at any time
• M2M Certificate Management: Machine-to-Machine certificate handling is your responsibility - we are not liable for certificate errors or security issues
• Addon Compatibility: Third-party addons may not be compatible with your NetSuite configuration or may conflict with existing customizations
• Security Vulnerabilities: Third-party addons may contain security vulnerabilities that could compromise your systems
• Data Privacy: Third-party services may have different privacy policies - you are responsible for compliance
• Support Limitations: We provide NO SUPPORT for third-party addon issues, bugs, or configuration problems

By using third-party integrations, you acknowledge that we have NO CONTROL over their functionality, availability, or security, and we disclaim all liability for any issues arising from their use.

Ownership and intellectual property rights are defined as follows:

• AI-Generated Code Ownership: You own the AI-generated NetSuite customizations, SuiteScripts, and workflows created specifically for your use
• Platform IP: Integriverse retains all rights to our platform, AI models, algorithms, processes, and proprietary technology
• NetSuite IP: All NetSuite trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property remain the exclusive property of NetSuite Inc. and Oracle Corporation
• Third-Party IP: All third-party service trademarks and IP (Celigo, etc.) remain the property of their respective owners
• Usage Rights: You may use generated code in your NetSuite environment and client projects, but cannot resell our service or compete with us
• No Reverse Engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our AI models or proprietary algorithms
• Client Project Usage: Generated code may be used in client projects and commercial implementations without additional licensing fees
• Documentation Rights: Generated documentation and living documentation remain your property for your specific use case
• No Resale of Platform: You cannot resell, redistribute, or white-label our AI development platform
• Training Data Disclaimer: We do not claim ownership of your input data, but reserve the right to use anonymized patterns for service improvement

Important: While you own the generated code, you remain fully responsible for its quality, security, and compliance with applicable laws and NetSuite policies.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. Upon termination:

• Immediate Access Suspension: Your access to all services will be immediately and permanently suspended
• Credit Handling: Remaining Lysi Credits may be subject to partial refund consideration at our sole discretion
• Data Export Period: You have exactly 30 days to export your data - after this period, all data may be permanently deleted
• No Data Recovery: We have NO OBLIGATION to recover or provide access to your data after the 30-day period
• Account Deletion: We may permanently delete your account and all associated data without notice
• Surviving Obligations: All payment obligations, liability limitations, and confidentiality requirements survive termination
• Credit Evaluation: Unused Lysi Credits will be evaluated for potential partial refund on a case-by-case basis
• Immediate Effect: Termination is effective immediately upon notice, regardless of reason

We reserve the right to terminate your account immediately for any violation of these terms, suspicious activity, or at our sole discretion without explanation or recourse.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the platform.
